Chapter 284 Record It

Lewis’ voice was deep and magnetic. Josephine could feel his breath on her ear, making them itch.

Lowering her head, Josephine stared at the patterns on his sweater while her heart raced.

Then, she heard Lewis say, “Are you starting to disobey me because you fell ill?”

Josephine was slightly stunned. She raised her head and looked at Lewis, meeting his profound gaze.

They were married now.

Josephine felt mixed emotions in her heart. This wasn’t the Lewis she had envisioned

marrying, yet he was who he was. She couldn’t disregard their marriage just because she was sick.

She loved Lewis; that was unquestionable.

No matter how many sides Lewis had, he was still him. Not being able to accept all his sides didn’t mean she didn’t love him.

Hence, Josephine felt confused.

After a brief silence, her resistant gaze gradually softened, and she shook her head slightly.

Lewis gently caressed her cheek as he whispered, “So, what should you do now?”

Perhaps Lewis’ unexpectedly gentle demeanor at this moment momentarily caught Josephine off guard. For a brief second, she forgot how cold he usually was.

She suppressed her nervousness and slowly leaned closer to Lewis, pressing her lips against his.

However, Lewis turned his head and avoided her kiss the next instant.

Shocked, Josephine dared not move.

She wondered if she had crossed a boundary. Perhaps Lewis wasn’t referring to this particular

matter.

He pressed her head against his chest and whispered into her ear, “Take out your phone and turn on the camera. Record it.”

His breath brushed against Josephine’s earlobe, “This way, you won’t forget.”

Josephine stiffened. She abruptly lifted her head and looked at him in astonishment.

Wearing a faint smile on his lips, he looked somewhat tempting. He looked just like how Josephine remembered him. Content is © 2024 NôvelDrama.Org.

He was still him and could return anytime, as long as he wished.

He could always become the person Josephine loved the most.

Josephine’s gaze flickered.

“Hurry up.”

Biting her lip, she hesitated for a few seconds but ultimately complied.

She sat up, retrieved her phone, and opened the camera app. Then, she looked around before. finally placing the phone on the bedside table.

After positioning the phone, she stepped back but noticed it was slightly tilted. It couldn’t capture her face.

“Use something to prop it up,” Lewis instructed her.

Josephine grabbed a tissue box and placed it under the phone. She then used the half-full bottle of mineral water from earlier to stabilize the phone.

Now, the camera could capture both the bed and headboard.

Josephine could see herself on the phone’s screen. Her face was already as red as a tomato when she returned to the bed.

Lewis wrapped his arm around her waist and seated her on his lap before leaning against the headboard.

He tilted his head slightly to glance at the phone. The angle was perfect.

“Now, we can begin.”

Cupping Josephine’s crimson cheeks, Lewis stared directly into her eyes.

Josephine lowered her head to mentally prepare herself before finally looking up and leaning closer to Lewis’ lips.

She wrapped her hands around his neck and clumsily kissed his lips.

Although she couldn’t remember the feeling, her muscle memory remained. As they kissed, she felt a sense of familiarity.

However, it seemed like Lewis thought she was too slow. He grabbed her waist and swiftly turned her around, pinning her under him.

Lewis forcefully kissed Josephine, with one hand holding her waist and the other supporting the back of her head. Josephine was on the verge of suffocation from his intense kiss.

Lewis turned off the room’s main lights, leaving only two dim, ambiguous bedside lamps.

The warm light cast a gentle glow on the bedside, illuminating every detail of their figures.

The phone diligently captured each and every single detail.

His tenderness and dominance left Josephine somewhat defenseless.

Dazed, Josephine lost track of how long Lewis had been teasing her. Eventually, she even forgot about the camera recording nearby.

Soon, she grew tired and was on the verge of falling asleep. Lewis carried her into the

bathroom. Before going in, he handed her the phone.

Lewis instructed her to film herself in the bathroom mirror, then place the phone on a shelf to continue recording. 1

When Josephine opened her eyes again, it was noon the next day.

As soon as she opened her eyes, she realized she was still in the man’s embrace.

Josephine was momentarily stunned. She pushed against Lewis’ chest and struggled to sit up.

“Ouch…”

Lewis abruptly opened his eyes and saw her panicked expression. He sighed silently.

He then placed the phone back into her hand.

Josephine held the phone, looking at him with confusion.

Meanwhile, he embraced her again, burying his head in the nape of her neck, and went back to sleep.

Josephine unlocked her phone, and a three-hour-long video appeared before her eyes.

She clicked on the video, and the first thing she saw on the screen was her placing the phone. on the bedside table.

As Josephine watched the video, her face gradually flushed red. The filming technique was so- so, but Lewis had chosen the right angle. She could see the whole process at a glance.

Her face instantly flushed red upon hearing her own moans intermittently emanating from

the video.

The impact was too great for Josephine, who had just woken up. She felt somewhat

overwhelmed.

The pain in her lower abdomen reminded her that this video was real.

Josephine didn’t finish watching the video. She only managed to watch half when Lewis snatched the phone away.

He locked the phone and casually tossed it aside before holding her waist and whispering, “It seerns like you’ve forgotten again. Let me review it with you.”

Seth had just finished his lunch. He glanced upstairs and turned to Mrs. Larson, saying, “They

haven’t come down yet. Why don’t you go up and wake them?”

Mrs. Larson awkwardly replied, “Mr. Alvarez said there’s no need to wake them.”

“Is that so?”

Leaning back in his chair, Seth lit a cigarette and gazed upstairs with a profound look.” Chairman Alvarez is surely resolute despite his physical condition.”

Mrs. Larson felt somewhat strange after hearing Seth’s words.

What did he mean by that? Seth seemed to be in a healthy condition.

Perhaps noticing Mrs Larson’s confusion, Seth explained, “Don’t you know? He broke two

ribs. It was only two yesterday, but who knows what’s the situation now.”

He continued evilly, “Who knows, he might be dead by now.”

Mrs. Larson couldn’t say anything except sinile awkwardly and remain silent.

Just then, the sound of high heels echoed from the entrance.

Mrs. Larson looked up and saw Sierra entering.

Sierra walked in confidently, her gaze scanning the surroundings. Seeing no one in the living room, she called, “Lewis!”

“Miss Woods”

Sierra paused and turned her head to the left.

Seth leisurely walked out of the dining room and chuckled softly. “Miss Woods, it seems like you are feeling better now.”

Sierra furrowed her brows Recognizing the man before her, she asked, “Why are you here?”

“Even you can come here. Why can’t I be here?”

Not interested in communicating with Seth, Sierra pursed her lips. “Where is Lewis?”

“Lewis?” Seth chuckled softly. “He’s probably still lost in his wife’s embrace.”

Sierra’s face fell. Apart from anger, a strong sense of jealousy flickered in her eyes.

“How is that possible? Isn’t that mute married to someone else?”

Seth frowned slightly. “Miss Woods, how do you know about this?”
