Chapter 64
Agatha POV
A few days ago we had a misunderstanding but Ethan did everything to make the two of us okay. And because of that I could see the annoyance on Melissa’s face because I didn’t let her get Ethan’s attention. How many times she tried to invite him but my boyfriend often refused.
Belle was right when she told me and until now she knew that this woman still liked Ethan. That’s why she wanted to stay here. Well, I feel sorry for her because I’m the woman loved by the man she loves.
When Ethan isn’t in the house, Melissa’s true nature comes out but because I’m Agatha, I always win. She has no right to bully me, she should be thankful that she is friends with Ethan and Gian. That’s why I still have respect for her, because if not I will kick her out of the house.
I’m here in the hospital now because I had a check up. It’s been many days since I’m not feeling well, especially every morning. Sometimes when I wake up I feel sick and dizzy, I didn’t tell Ethan about it because I don’t want him to worry anymore. Until now I didn’t inform him that I would be in hospital.
I just sat here in the empty seat while waiting for the doctor to come back with the results of the tests done on me, I just hope I don’t have a serious illness.
Soon the door opened and she spat at the doctor. Shelooked at me and smiled.
“Sorry Ms. Agatha for keeping you waiting. I’m just waiting for this result.” She opened it for me and sat down.
“No worries doc. So how’s the result? Am I sick?” I asked her.
She shook her head quickly. “All the test results I did for you are normal and you’re not sick. It’s natural that you feel those symptoms now because of your condition.”
I didn’t immediately understand what she meant, she said that I am not sick but why did I feel normal like I used to be especially in the morning.
“W-what do you mean doc.? I thought I was not sick but why do I feel those things?” I seriously asked.
She smiled at me. “That’s really what pregnant women experience.”
What she said almost didn’t sink into my brain.
“Excuse me?” I said.
“Your reaction is so cute Ms. Agatha. As I’ve said, that’s just normal for a pregnant woman. You are a month pregnant.”Ccontent © exclusive by Nô/vel(D)ra/ma.Org.
I couldn’t speak right away because of what I heard, now I know the reason why I feel dizzy and vomiting. I didn’t notice that my menstruation was already delayed.
“Are you okay Ms. Perez?” the doctor asks me when she notices that I am quiet.
I nodded to her and smiled. “Yes doc. I was just surprised by the news.” I honestly said.
“That’s okay, I’m used to the reaction of first time moms.”
“That’s why I feel weird in my body because of this. Are there any things I need for my pregnancy?” I asked.
“I’ll give you the vitamins you need to drink. Then you need to eat healthy foods like vegetables and fruits.”
I nodded to her and accepted the vitamins she gave me.
I didn’t take long and said goodbye to my doctor because I wanted to go straight to the grocery store to buy food.
I’ll just call the driver later to pick me up in the supermarket because I don’t want him to know that I came from the hospital, he might tell Ethan.
I decided not to tell the good news to Ethan first and I’m planning to tell him the next day when we go out on a date.
When I got out of the hospital, I looked for a taxi.
“Where are we Ma’am?” the driver asked me.
“At the **** supermarket.” I answered him.
He immediately nodded and started driving to the place I said. It took us only about 20 minutes to drive and we also arrived opposite the supermarket. I paid the driver and got off.
Before I entered the grocery store, I first called our driver at home to tell him to pick me up here because I won’t be long.
As soon as I got inside I took a cart and started shopping for food. I only took vegetables, fruits, chicken and meat because that’s what the doctor told me. I also get chocolates and curls so I can somehow have something to eat. I went around looking for extra purchases and to make sure everything was in order, I went to the cashier to pay.
Right after I paid and packed my purchases, our driver arrived just in time, because I told him to just come in so that I could help carry groceries.
He helped me carry my groceries and put them in the car and all was well I got in the car as well.
“Are you going somewhere else Ma’am Agatha?” he asked me.
I shook my head. “No, let’s go straight home.” I said and leaned my head on the car seat.
While we were on the way home I couldn’t help but close my eyes because I felt drowsy, maybe it was brought on by my pregnancy.
I was already excited to let Ethan know that we were going to have a child, I didn’t know what his reaction would be. I hope he is happy with what I will tell him.
Before long, I didn’t realize that I had fallen asleep.
