The Pinnacle Of Life

Chapter 3350

Chapter 3350

The skies seemed oddly bright at that moment. Compared to the gray clouds before, it was the first time in years that the sky above them looked clear. Not even a single cloud was in sight.

That was because Edgar’s Great Swallow Spell ended up swallowing the deadly gray Chi in the air, too, apart from the limitless numbers of Undead troops.

At a far distance were a few Dark Pixies who struggled to make a close escape, petrified. They stared at Edgar as if they were looking at a monster, then turned to his extremely gigantic swallowing whirlpool.

“My queen, what is that thing?”

“Thousands of our people had been absorbed. Not even the Dark Tree could escape his swallowing.”

One of the female Dark Pixies, who had pointy ears, was visibly resentful. She was the one who showed up at the gates a while ago. She initially thought they’d be able to reap some benefits out of this, wanting to do so by leading the Undead over here, hence giving the humans a great ‘gift.’

It started out pretty smooth since they had watched many humans self-destruct during the war.

The Dark Pixie Queen then flashed back to a long time ago, when humans murdered several Dark Pixies. She was also trying to take revenge for her ancestors. However, she wasn’t able to predict the

‘What kind of monster is that young man?’

This time, all the Dark Pixies who were consumed were very powerful assassins, as they were experts in invisibility. They were the strongest amongst their tribe. Yet now, two-thirds had died, which pained the queen very much.

“Retreat!”

She knew that they couldn’t stay here any longer. The future was simply unpredictable.

“Phew…”

Daya was finally able to let go of Jade’s chest. With Edgar’s large amounts of energy supporting them, his life force kept increasing while his hair turned back to black. Jade’s life force was no longer draining too, instead, receiving strong recoupments. In such situations, Jade’s injured heart healed quickly with the help of Daya’s divine energy.

As a part of the Titan tribe, her recovery powers were very strong too.

After this victory against death, there seemed to be some kind of inexplicable change within her body. Her skin used to be fair and smooth, just like snow. Yet now, it looked somewhat yellow and continued to tum gold in color.

“Ah…”

“What happened to Commander Benmore?”

“Why does she look like that all of a sudden?”

The Flying Eagles were still the most concerned about Jade. Witnessing her change, they gasped in shock, as they had never seen anyone’s skin change colors like that.

Everyone then turned to Daya. She was the one who healed her, after all, so they figured she would know what exactly happened. However, Daya shook her head. “I’m not sure either. But I clearly felt her fast blood flow just now. There’s some sort of weird energy inside.”

Saria said, “Let me take a look. I know a bit of medical skills.”

Just then, the Martello Celia, which Jade had been holding onto all this while, started floating by itself. It proceeded to swing in front of Jade as if it were on high alert.

An old man’s voice chimed in. “Nobody touch her! Don’t disturb her. This is the symptom of a full awakening in her Titan blood! I didn’t expect her to be able to awaken the Golden Titan Blood. This is so surprising!”
