The Divorced Heiress’s Revenge

Chapter 1950

Chapter 1950

"Grant?!"

"Wasn't he the eldest son of the Salvador family, who was tragically harmed in a notorious kidnapping case and had to relinquish all inheritance rights to seek treatment in Sentania?"

"He's back?!"

The Thompson brothers' eyes widened in shock.

Instantly, the previously calm scene erupted into chaos again, with intense flashes from the cameras engulfing Grant's composed and elegant face.

"Oh, so it's the eldest son of the Salvador family. Nice to meet you," Wyatt's gaze sharpened momentarily. However, being the seasoned tycoon that he was, he quickly and gracefully extended his hand to the legendary eldest son of the Salvador family.

The man's hand was as cold as ice, with clean and well-maintained fingers. It was completely unlike his son-in-law's hands, which were so rough that Wyatt sometimes wondered if Justin was working as a bricklayer in his spare time. Surely, his daughter wasn't that difficult to provide for.

"I heard you have been recovering abroad. How is your health now?" Wyatt inquired with concern, given that Grant was Justin's elder brother and had been courteous.

"Not bad, thank you for your concern," Grant said, directing a gentle gaze at Justin's somewhat tense face. "Justin, take care of Chairman Thompson. I'll go inside."Content © provided by NôvelDrama.Org.

"Okay, Grant," Justin replied softly, feeling a wave of emotion. He was usually not one to be easily swayed by people or events. However, ever since his brother's return, his heart felt like it was on a roller coaster, fluctuating between highs and lows. 'Is Grant truly as calm as he seems, or is he hiding something deeper?'

Justin and the Thompson brothers escorted Wyatt to his car.

"Take care, Uncle Wyatt."

"Justin, come up here. I have something to ask you," Wyatt instructed.

After a moment of hesitation, Justin opened the door and sat beside Wyatt in the back seat.

"Your brother used the occasion of the Hoffman family funeral to make a public appearance and gained a lot of attention. Your grandfather and father didn't come to avoid any potential issues, but you, being Ryan's best friend, should naturally be here." Wyatt pointed out astutely, his thick eyebrows furrowing." Don't you think your brother's presence here today is rather abrupt when he has been away from Savrow for over a decade and has no connection to the Hoffman family?"

Justin's lips pressed into a thin line, speechless.

He did not know how to respond because he was unsure of his brother's true intentions. He also did not want to speak ill of his brother.

"Tsk, you're such a straightforward young man," Wyatt remarked with a hint of exasperation. He did not push further and instead asked, "How is your relationship with your brother?"

"When I was five, my father brought me and my mother back to the Salvador family." Justin's gaze grew distant as he delved into his memories. "Though I'm only his half-brother, he took good care of me as a child. Grant has never treated me poorly or seen me as a rival, even though I was brought in later. He fulfilled his duties as an elder brother."

"And how about now?"
