Chapter 539
Chapter 539
Cough!
Ernesto choked, bent down, violently coughed, and embarrassedly asked, "Who? Who drove the car
so arrogantly?"
Arabella stared after the Rolls-Royce Phantom and recognized it was Kenneth's car at a glance.
Why was he driving so fast that she could only see the beautiful and arrogant rear of the car? But she
found it quite funny to see Ernesto's discomfiture.
...
Tomorrow was the basketball game, so Arabella and Clarissa had their last day of dance practice.
Then, Aurora let them go home early to rest and recharge themselves for tomorrow's battle. Nôvel(D)ra/ma.Org exclusive © material.
Arabella returned to Harmony Villa early, but Kenneth did not return when it got dark. When the night
fell, bright car light shone on the lawn outside. After the driver's seat door opened, Kenneth got out.
Ms. Sally quickly opened the villa door and said, "Mr. Lucero, welcome back!"
Kenneth took off his black coat, handed it to her, and asked faintly, "Where's my grandma?"
"She has fallen asleep."
Kenneth went upstairs and opened the door to Sharon's bedroom. There was a dim light on inside.
Sharon had fallen asleep. And Arabella was lying prone on the edge of the bed.
He had not expected her to be in the room. She had fallen asleep. She was tired from practicing dance,
so she slept soundly with her two slim arms folded under her little head. She looked sweet and soft
while sleeping. Her pretty face was white and tender. And a few strands of hair hung over her face and
neck, melting his heart.
Ms. Sally whispered, "Bella gave Sharon the acupuncture treatment tonight. She was worried, so she
stayed here to look after her. Unexpectedly, she fell asleep. Please don't wake her up. She has been
tired recently. Can you please help me carry her into her bedroom?"
Kenneth looked at her sweet sleeping face, bent over, stretched out his two strong arms, and picked
her up. She was so light that he felt she weighed nothing in his arms. Her body was so soft that he
thought no bones.
After pushing open the guest room door, he gently placed her on the soft, big bed. When her back
touched the bed, she quickly buried her little face in the pillow, chose a comfortable sleeping position
like a kitten, and continued to sleep.
Kenneth thought she looked like Rylie and wondered why he had bought such a cat back then.
Suddenly, she softly murmured, "Mr. Lucero."
She was calling him in her sleep.
Kenneth's tall body froze. He somehow felt her voice very familiar when she called him Mr. Lucero. So,
his heart skipped a beat.
He stretched out his hand and placed his fingertips on her tender face. Then, he smiled with pleasure,
"Why did you call me? Are you dreaming about me? Didn't you say you don't want to seduce me?"
