Chapter 1884 Real Man Does Not Cry
All in all, she still made a big mistake that almost killed herself.
Mia was on her best behavior as she obediently held her mother's hand and walked toward the parking
lot.
A few people had been waiting there when they arrived.
It was Emily and her husband, along with Richie and Yale.
Seeing Mia, Richie immediately ran over, and before he could steady himself, his tears had begun to
flow. "Mia, are you all right?!"
Mia looked at him helplessly and said, "Don't cry! A man doesn't cry!"
The adults all laughed.
But Richie was still crying. "Wait until I save enough money, then I'll go to Girard City to play with you!"
"Okay." Mia nodded.
She took a piece of tissue from her small bag and handed it to Richie so that he could wipe away his
tears. "Listen to your mother more. Try not to get scolded too often."
Richie felt even sadder.
He nodded repeatedly and said, "I will!"
"Evie is still waiting for us, so we'll go now."
Richie kept nodding as he wiped his tears. He sobbed. "I... I still have homework to do, so I can't send
you off... I'll miss you very much!"
He was being very sentimental.
He hugged Mia, then Paul, but when he wanted to hug Ottilie, Ottilie's gaze seemingly had frozen his
movement mid-air.
So he turned around and hugged Aiden despite not being very familiar with him.
Aiden could only stand stiffly and let Richie hug him.
He couldn't understand why Richie was crying like this, finding it extremely absurd.
Yet, he didn't push him away.
However, once he got into the car, he quietly pulled out a lot of disinfectant wipes and meticulously
wiped the snot and tears that Richie had rubbed on his clothes.
Only after Athena had confirmed that the kids were all in the car and sitting securely in the booster
seats did she prepare to get into the car.
Before she got into the car, she said to Emily and Mark, "We'll be going now."
Emily nodded and said, "See you in Girard City."
"See you."
Emily and her husband watched as Athena and the others left.
Seeing the car driving further away, the sadness in Richie's heart got even more difficult to contain,
then he raised his head and wailed loudly.
Emily looked at his son with a complicated expression.
"He doesn't usually cry like this when I scold him," she thought.
Eventually, Emily couldn't stand it anymore and clicked her tongue. "Richie, enough."
"It's fine, just let him cry," Mark coaxed his wife, "Let's go and see Mom. I bet she's very angry with
those two."
Luke was such a kind-hearted person, but how could he have raised such an ingrate? Reаd at

Nobles and gentry from all over the world still came in and out of the Timberlake Manor.
However, there was no more Luke the butler who arranged everything in an orderly manner.
