My Husband Wants Me Dead (Esther and Bradley)

Chapter 313

Chapter 313

Liliane’s heart sank. She had always known that Bradley was heartless and ruthless, yet she couldn’t

help but be captivated by his charm. Her desire to conquer him only intensified as he grew colder

toward her.

Liliane eagerly awaited the day when Bradley would kneel before her, humbly begging for her

forgiveness. It was a moment she longed for.

“Mr. Warner, let me reiterate that I had no prior knowledge that Felix was your son and Esther’s. If I had

known, I would never have…”

Esther found Liliane’s argument quite amusing.

With a laugh, Esther appeared like a wisteria flower gracefully blooming in the breeze in her purple

dress adorned with wisteria flower patterns, which only fueled Liliane’s jealousy. Content © NôvelDrama.Org 2024.

Each time Liliane thought she had brought Esther to her knees, it seemed she would always bounce

back like a resilient weed.

“Liliane, you’re just relying on the fact that someone’s taking the blame for all the mistakes you’ve

made. Did you really not know that Felix is my son? No, you did. You intentionally took Felix away from

me because you knew that as long as I insisted on doing a DNA paternity test once he’s born, your plot

against me would fall apart.”

Esther’s expression turned icy, and her words struck at the core of Liliane’s being.

“You took Felix away to make me suffer the pain of being separated from my child. To you, Felix is

merely a pawn in your quest for power. Once Felix loses his value, you won’t hesitate to abandon and

harm him!”

Liliane believed that she and Esther were destined to be enemies. Esther seemed to know every

thought crossing Liliane’s mind. But so what? Esther still couldn’t find any evidence linking her to the

child swapping.

Liliane firmly believed that Leah would shoulder all the blame for her, and she was convinced that

Shane wouldn’t complicate matters by confessing the events of five years ago. They had committed the

crime, not her.

“Esther, these are all just baseless speculations. Ask anyone in this city, and they know how well I

treated Felix!”

Esther sneered. “Could you truly be good to Felix? Felix was a means for you to climb the social ladder.

Liliane, even those who raise pets develop genuine affection for them after so many years, but what

about you? You never stopped hurting Felix. Remember, everything you’ve done to my son will come

back to haunt your own child.”

Liliane smiled mockingly and cruelly taunted Esther, saying, “Esther, have you forgotten? 1 have a

congenital heart condition. If I have a child, it means I’ve been cured. I should thank you for your kind

words.”

Liam reached out and held Liliane’s hand, speaking softly. “Liliane, nothing will happen to you. I’ll find a

suitable heart for you, and you’ll have a bright future ahead.

Liliane shot Esther a defiant glance before turning her gaze to Liam, her voice filled with emotion as

she said, “Llam, you’re so kind!”

Esther had the chance to reveal to Liam that she was the one who had helped him, but she chose to

remain silent. When she saved him back then, she expected nothing in return.

Now, as Liam mistook her for someone else, she had no intention of revealing the truth- everything she

said would be seen as a cover-up to those who doubted her.

It was reminiscent of the times when she repeatedly assured Bradley that she was carrying his child

and that she had nothing to do with the death of his grandfather.
