My Husband Wants Me Dead (Esther and Bradley)

Chapter 294

Chapter 294

“What? Do you still want to go on?”

Bradley’s grip on Esther’s chin loosened, and his cold eyes filled with disgust and repulsion.

“Esther, it’s truly disgusting how you degrade yourself,” he said, his voice dripping with disdain.

Esther retorted swiftly, “Likewise.”

Locking his gaze on Esther’s aloof face, Bradley continued. “The preparations for Felix’s funeral are

already underway. If you want to attend, you better learn to please me!”

Esther turned within the limited space of Bradley’s confinement, her slender arm resting on his

shoulder. The suggestive atmosphere hung in the air, intoxicating Bradley. Esther appeared

enchanting, like a siren emerging from the depths of the sea. Her every move exuded a captivating

allure.

“Like this, Mr. Warner?” Esther’s voice was sweet and tender, reminiscent of the most delectable

dessert. However, her expression remained cold and wicked, devoid of warmth.

“Wh*re!” Bradley pushed Esther away and swiftly left the room.

Esther stood still, watching him depart, before returning to the dining table with a blank face, silently

consuming the delicious food.

She refused to starve herself. She also refused to bear children for Bradley any longer.

She would not stoop so low!

Esther saw Bradley’s actions as nothing more than a visit from a free massage therapist. After all, Content protected by Nôv/el(D)rama.Org.

Bradley possessed stamina, strength, and an impressive physique, so she did not consider herself at a

disadvantage.

Finishing her meal, she stood in front of the window, barred by welded railings, admiring the distant

scenery. Half an hour later, she began her yoga practice.

Observing Esther’s nonchalant demeanor through the surveillance footage, Bradley coldly instructed,

“Clark, send her some books on pregnancy precautions.”

Clark hesitated but eventually turned around quietly, personally selecting books on pregnancy

precautions, prenatal education, and parenting from the bookstore.

As he prepared to leave in his car, Jasper and Billy positioned themselves in front of it.

“Clark, let’s have a chat,” Jasper proposed.

After a moment of consideration, Clark agreed to accompany them to a members-only club.

“Mr. Searle, Mr. Anstey, I’m afraid I can’t assist you if you want me to help get Esther out,” Clark directly

pointed out their intentions.

Jasper poured Clark a glass of water, expressing his concern. “Clark, Felix had an accident, and

Bradley is in a bad mood. I understand that, but he can’t take it all out on Esther. Felix was her son too.

Don’t you think she’s also grieving? Isn’t she heartbroken and in pain?”

Billy joined in the persuasion. “Clark, you’ve watched Esther grow up as well. Honestly, I

haven’t taken care of her before, and I owe her a lot. Her mother entrusted her to me because she

trusted me, but I failed her trust. Now, seeing Bradley imprison her like this, I can’t bear to sit back and

watch.”

Clark cleared his throat, feeling helpless, as he reminded them, “It’s best not to entertain thoughts of

taking her away. You won’t succeed. Mr. Warner intends to have another child with Esther. Just think

about it…”

Billy was shocked. “What?”

Jasper’s composure shattered, and he couldn’t hide his astonishment.

Setting aside whether Esther was willing to have another child with Bradley, it had only been a

short time since Felix’s incident. Yet, Bradley was already pressuring Esther, who had just lost her

child, to become pregnant again. Did he even consider Esther’s feelings?

“Has Bradley lost his mind?”
