Chapter 1304 I Happen To Love You
Armand asked with a smile, “So, who do you want to take care of you?”
“I'm just afraid you'll dislike me,” Genevieve frowned and said worriedly, “When people get old, they
have wrinkles and their skin becomes loose. I'm afraid you'll see my withered body...”
Genevieve became more and more frightened as she spoke, “Mando, how about we get divorced when
I turn fifty? You can just remember me at my most beautiful.”
“Don't worry about things that may never happen,” Armand said as he picked up the camisole
nightgown from the side and helped her put it on.
“When you're fifty and I'm old, I'll have wrinkles too, and I'm afraid you'll dislike me.” He pinched her
cheek, “After all, you naughty woman, you always tease me about turning forty and being obsessed
with appearances.”
Genevieve playfully bit his finger and corrected him, “I'm not obsessed with appearances, it's just that I
happen to love you, and you just happen to meet my standards.”
She was a bit naughty, her moist tongue gliding over his fingers.
Armand's eyes deepened, unable to resist the woman's subtle tease. He bent down, cupping her face,
and kissed her.
Genevieve looked up and responded, her hand slipping under the hem of his sweater, just touching his
tense abs. However, the man grabbed her wrist and pulled her restless hand out.
Genevieve's eyes were slightly red, and she looked at him with a puzzled expression on her face.
Armand lifted her from the chair and walked out of the bathroom, “I'll give you a massage on your arms
and back, otherwise you'll be in pain and kick me while sleeping tonight.”
When Genevieve first started weight training, she accidentally overexerted herself several times,
causing her body to ache while sleeping. Throughout the night, she unknowingly kicked him off the bed
countless times.
Later on, every time Genevieve came out of the training room, Armand would help her with a muscle
massage before going to bed at night.
Because being kicked out of bed in the early morning is really an awful feeling.
Genevieve's limbs were still a bit sore, but as she lay in bed and Armand massaged her for a while,
she felt so comfortable that she almost fell asleep.
Genevieve took a sip of water through the straw to quench her thirst, then laid her head back down on
the pillow. “Yuvan called me this morning. He and Eurydice are getting a divorce.”
“Mando, your arrangement is so ingenious,” she exclaimed.
When Yuvan and Eurydice first got married, Genevieve knew that Mando must have arranged
everything perfectly. However, she never expected him to completely uproot the Gaudette family and
put an end to Benedict's career.
Armand warmed the essential oil in his palms and began massaging her calf.
He said calmly, “Benedict has great ambitions and a clever daughter. If we don't bring down the
Gaudette family, as long as he gets a chance, Benedict will make a comeback.”
Genevieve turned her head to look at the man, “Mando, you're as good as ten teams by yourself. Is
there anyone who can compete with you?”
Armand chuckled, “Your husband is indeed impressive, but he's not all-powerful. Sean also helped out
quite a bit in dealing with the Gaudette family situation.”
Armand had initially estimated that dealing with the Gaudette family would take at least two or three
years, but the information in Zephyr's hands was lethal to the Gaudette family.
That's why he was able to deal with the Gaudette family in just one month.
Genevieve said with surprise, “Isn't he Eurydice's cousin? My car broke down on the road before, and
Sean helped me fix it. After that, I kept running into him several times, and I always felt it wasn't a
coincidence...”
However, Genevieve began to feel that she was meeting Sean too frequently, and he must have some
purpose in doing so.
He didn't know that he was Eurydice's cousin.
Armand said, “Of course it's not a coincidence. Eurydice deliberately transferred Sean from Feston to
Jadeborough, hoping he would get involved with you.” This content © Nôv/elDr(a)m/a.Org.
Genevieve paused for a moment, squinting at him, “So, you knew all along?”
