Chapter 3648
Chapter 3648
Titus glanced at Jane and Ben secretly. Ben noticed and smiled, saying, “Worried I’ll give you homework? You’ve been relaxing since winter vacation started. Your mom said you could take it easy this break, no classes.” “But after New Year’s, when summer vacation comes, I’ll set up some classes for you.” Titus’s face fell, and suddenly his breakfast didn’t taste as good. Then he remembered that summer vacation was still six months away, and his mood improved. Breakfast tasted good again. Ben then suggested to Serenity, “What kind of classes does Sonny usually take? Next summer, the two boys can either play together or take classes together. It might help them learn faster if they have a buddy.” Serenity replied, “It might be hard for me to come by then unless Titus goes there.” By that time, even if she was out of her recovery period, the baby would still be too young, and it wouldn’t be convenient for her to travel far. If Titus went to Wiltspoon, the responsibility would be too much for her. But if Jane took her twins and Titus to Wiltspoon, it would be fine. Titus’s guardians were Ben and Jane. By the summer, Jane’s twins would be walking, and if they stayed at Wildridge Manor, the house would be full of life. The old lady would be thrilled, especially since she loved Avah so much. Ben smiled and agreed, “Exactly. Even if you’re out of recovery, the baby will be too young to travel. So, the boys will just have to get together occasionally.” He didn’t mention bringing his wife and kids to Wildridge Manor as guests, worried that Old Madam York might want to keep Avah. Serenity said, “That’s fine. There’s plenty of time. We’ll have many chances in the future.” When Elisa married into the Johnson family, the two families would grow even closer, and future generations would likely stay connected. Sonny and Titus had already become childhood friends, almost like brothers. Their friendship would keep the two families close, ensuring a lifelong bond.
They were only two or three years older than Enzo, and once Enzo could walk, he’d probably follow his two brothers everywhere. They’d grow up together, forming a strong bond. Jane nodded and said, “Yes, there’s plenty of time. When your baby gets older, we can get together every winter and summer break so the kids can play.” Serenity nodded in agreement. She watched Jane try to feed Avah some solid food, but Avah didn’t seem interested. “Avah doesn’t like solid food?” “Not much. I just give her a little to help her get used to it. Enzo isn’t picky, though. He eats whatever you give him.” “My love for food didn’t get passed down to Avah, but Enzo definitely inherited it.” Jane looked over at Enzo, who was being fed by the nanny. The siblings had the same meal. Avah still had most of hers, while Enzo had finished all of his. “It’s good to be a foodie. That way, you’re not picky and eat everything.” “Avah is like her dad. Ben acts like he isn’t picky and says he’ll eat anything, but I’ve learned otherwise after over ten years.” Ben coughed and looked at Jane, saying, “Jane, we have guests. Can you not embarrass me?” Serenity smiled and said, “Sounds just like my husband.” They both say they aren’t picky and will eat anything, but those are just words to make us feel better. Serenity thought to herself, lucky for her, she wasn’t a bad cook. If her food were terrible, would Zachary still compliment it while eating? This is property © NôvelDrama.Org.
