Her Life Starts to Spin out of Control

Chapter 75 What Do You Want

Chapter 75 What Do You Want

Daniel smiled and remained silent.

Colin pulled Sophia away from Shelly. "Stay close. Don't run away!"

Sophia didn't know how to respond. She hadn't run away yet, although she wanted to. She'd been

staying in the living room all this time!

After realizing that Leila was interested in her husband, Sophia changed her mind.

She squeezed Colin's hand and replied, "Sure."

Colin was surprised at her tenderness. He lowered his eyes to look at her, but didn't say anything.

Leila asked, "Colin, won't you introduce us?"

Colin nodded. "Leila, this is my wife, Sophia Lo. Sophia, this is Leila Ji, my friend. But I've always seen

her as my sister."

At the introduction, the two women exchanged pleasantries.

Then Leila turned her back to Sophia. She completely ignored Sophia as she resumed her

conversation with Colin.

After a while, Daniel was called away by his wife, leaving Colin, Sophia, Leila, Herring, and Shelly

behind.

Colin loosened his grasp and whispered to Sophia, "Go upstairs and change your dress."

He had noticed the dress dilemma, but he hadn't found a chance to talk to Sophia.

Sophia blinked innocently at him. "But I want you to accompany me."

Before Colin could reply, Leila pulled his arm and turned him to another direction. "Colin, Colin! Look!

That's granny! I want to say hi to her. Would you come with me?"

Herring and Shelly exchanged a look at her words. They knew exactly what Leila was doing.

Colin was about to refuse her, but Leila didn't give him a chance and pulled him towards Angie.

Sophia watched them leave, her eyes filled with disappointment.

"Don't worry, sister. My brother doesn't like Leila that way. They grew up together since childhood and

my brother treats her like his own sister, that's all." Shelly comforted Sophia, even though she wasn't

convinced by her own words.

Even a blind person could see Leila's feelings for Colin.

Leila had stayed close to Colin since she entered the dining hall, no wonder a lot of people assumed

that she was Colin's wife.

Sophia drew her gaze back and said, "It's okay. I'll go change my clothes. See you later."

"Alright."

When Sophia went upstairs, she felt the whole world go quiet. In that moment, a figure appeared from

a corner.

"Sophie!"

Payne cried, taking Sophia by surprise. She stared at him in shock. Why was he here?

Taking a deep breath, she passed around him and walked towards her room.

But Payne blocked her way. Obsessively looking at the woman in front of him, he gasped in admiration,

"Sophie, you look so stunning today!"

In his eyes, Sophia looked even lovelier than Leila Ji.

"The second floor is not open to the public. What are you doing here, Payne?" And where was

Dorothy? Why wasn't she by Payne's side?

Payne tried to hug Sophia, but she stepped aside.

"Sophie, Colin can't make you happy. Why don't you come back to me?"

Sophia decided not to dignify him with a response. Tonight was grandpa's birthday party. She didn't

want any trouble.

She passed around him and went on, but Payne didn't go away. When Payne followed her towards her

room, Sophia stopped and turned to him angrily. "Payne Tai! I told you that you're not allowed here!

What are you doing?"

It would easily cause a misunderstanding if someone spotted them together on the second floor.

Sophia turned to the staircase. She decided that if Payne continued to follow her, she would go straight

downstairs.

"Sophie, I still love you..." Payne continued to express his love, fearing that Sophia didn't believe him.

"Everything I say is true..."

Sophia glanced at him coldly. "You disgust me. I'm Colin's wife now. Keep bothering me, and he will

break your other arm."

This time, it worked. Payne winced at the memory.

He'd already experienced Colin's anger twice. Quickly letting her go, Payne went downstairs. Text property © Nôvel(D)ra/ma.Org.

When Payne arrived at the ground floor, Colin saw him walking down the staircase. Colin frowned and

worried for Sophia, who just went upstairs to change.

"Leila, help yourself. I just remembered that I have an emergency to deal with." Colin left Leila, rushing

for the staircase.

Leila's smile faded away, and a thoughtful look appeared in her eyes.

Inside the bedroom, Sophia opened her suitcase to look for something else to wear.

Behind her, the door quietly opened and closed without her noticing. Sophia contemplated on what to

wear.

Colin had given her all the women's clothes that were kept in his wardrobe. All of a sudden, Sophia had

more clothes than she could manage.

Since she wasn't sure how long she would stay in A Country, she had brought five sets of clothes with

her this time. It was more difficult to make her choice now.

After a while, Sophia chose a burgundy top and a tight black skirt.

She set them aside and started removing her light green coat, followed by the skirt.

Unzipping the zipper on the side, she left her skirt on her bed along with the coat.

"Are you seducing me?"

A male voice asked, making Sophia jump in surprise. When she turned around and saw Colin, she

breathed a sigh of relief. Closing her eyes, she tried to calm down.

"What are you doing here?"

Colin leaned against the wall, eyes fixed on Sophia's black underwear, and swallowed.

His wife was getting more and more attractive!

Sophia noticed his gaze, and quickly put on the selected clothes.

Now, she looked more mature and attractive than her previous look.

Colin silently watched her movements, and Sophia remained quiet as she put things away.

After Sophia had finished packing her suitcase, she went to the bedroom door. The moment she put

her hand on the doorknob, Colin suddenly pushed her against the door.

"Sophia Lo, how dare you have affairs with other men at my house!"

...

"If you want an excuse to whip a dog, it's enough to say he did something wrong, isn't it?" Sophia

sneered.

Colin lifted her chin. "Are you saying you were wronged?"

"Definitely!" She stared fearlessly into his eyes.

"Okay, I'll buy it for now." Colin let her go and fixed his clothes.

If he hadn't already punished her in the afternoon, he wouldn't have let her get away with it.

Faced with Colin's constant lack of trust, Sophia felt exhausted.

She walked to the bed and sat down. "I'm not going to attend the dinner."

"You're going down with me now!"

Sophia glanced at him. "Go downstairs? For what? To watch you display your love for another woman?

What the hell was that supposed to mean? He had merely stayed with Leila for a while that night. "Leila

is like a sister to me, we grew up together. You know that!"

"No, I don't!" Sophia snapped.

"What do you want, Sophia?" Colin walked to her and forced her to lie down on the bed. He got on top

of her and pressed their bodies together, with his arms outstretched beside her.

Blushing profusely, Sophia took a deep breath. "I want to sleep with you."

That's right! She would sleep with him. Then when she was pregnant with his child, she would divorce

him.

That's what she wanted!
