Flora’s Guide to a Second Chance at Love and Life

Chapter 800

"Why aren't the results out yet?"

"Seriously, they should've been announced by now, right?"

Everyone was puzzled, whispering among themselves.

...

Backstage.

Thirty teachers, split into three rows, were grading papers on computers. The competitors' answers were displayed on their screens for scoring.

"Hey, everyone, come check out this paper," one of the teachers suddenly exclaimed loudly.

Two teachers sitting next to him leaned over, curiosity piqued, and soon furrowed their brows too.

"These formulas are so strange. I can understand them when they're broken down, but when I look at them separately, they just don't make sense."

Hearing this, the other teachers who had been focused on grading gathered around, intrigued.

"Is this just gibberish?"

A group of teachers, hunched over, stared at the screen, all with tightly knit brows. The formulas and methods of answering were odd. They had reason to suspect it was all just written haphazardly.

"Could it be that a contestant, not knowing how to solve it, just scribbled something down?"

"I think so too. With the difficulty of these questions, very few of the competitors could solve them."

Let alone these competitors, even they might not be able to solve them.

"Oh well, let's not dwell on it. Just mark it wrong. It clearly looks like gibberish."

The formulas were a hodgepodge, probably cobbled together randomly.

The grading teacher remained silent, his brows deeply furrowed. Was it all just done haphazardly? Many of the formulas and answers were correct, but he couldn't quite understand the process. It would be irresponsible to mark it wrong just like that. Ever since the first round, with Flora from the Austenberg team's incident, they had been extra cautious. The Medical Championship couldn't afford any more mishaps, or it would become a global joke.

After pondering for a moment, he stood up. "Let's delay the announcement of the results for a while. I'll go consult with the jury."

The Medical Championship had a

dedicated jury for disputes like this.

The jury consisted of top-notch figures from the medical world

venet

globally, each influential enough to cause a stir in the medical

community. Even the celebrated Dr.

Jules wasn't qualified to join.

"All this for such a trivial matter, going to the jury, really..."

The other teachers said helplessly. They felt it wasn't necessary; consulting the jury would also delay the announcement of the results.

...

At the competition venue.

Forty minutes had passed, and the results were still not announced. People were growing anxious.Têxt belongs to NôvelDrama.Org.

"What's going on, are the results ever going to come out?"

"We've been waiting so long without any outcome. What's happening with this year's Medical Championship, one issue after another?"

There was a general sense of dissatisfaction. The issues with the preliminary rounds had already caused some complaints, and now this? If not for the medical base on Lone Island, the dream destination for all medical students, they would have even considered leaving.

The host hurriedly took the stage: "Ladies and gentlemen, please bear

with us a little longer. The paper written by Flora from the Austenberg team has presented our graders with a challenge in determining its correctness, and it has been forwarded to the jury. The results will be available shortly."

This announcement took the audience by surprise. Even the graders, who were among the best professionals in Solitary Island, couldn't determine whether Flora's answers were right or wrong, necessitating the involvement of the jury? The audience was shocked once again! In all the years since the Medical Championship was established, this must be the first time the jury was truly called upon.
