“I heard that she’s your assistant, right? It’s rare to find a girl like her. Even a guard would not have the courage to sacrifice himself for others. She deserves this gift. I wonder if she has time tonight,” The Prime Minister asked.

“Unfortunately, she has other arrangements,” Sean directly refused.

“I have made a few dishes, but I don’t know if it suits your appetite. If it doesn’t taste good, just let me know so that I could improve on it in the future,” Yvonne handed the gift to Natasha next to her and changed the topic.

“It’s our honor to be able to eat a meal that was cooked by the President’s wife. You are really an enviable man,” the Prime Minister praised.

Sean took them out mainly because Eli hadn’t eaten yet. He was afraid that she would be hungry. If they were to have their meal now, it would take at least two hours before Eli could eat. She wouldn’t be able to withstand the hunger.

She put the necklace back in the box, threw it on the bed, and ate first. The dishes were delicious. She ate quickly and went back to her game.

“What are you doing now?” Sean asked.

Sean saw her reply and he was in a good mood. He smiled and replied to the text, “What should I do then? Are you talking about in bed? I think that I’ve done well so far.”

Eli replied with a single word, “Haha.”

Sean’s face darkened again. He typed and sent the reply, “Haha? What is that supposed to mean?”

Eli really was pissing him off.

Taking a deep breath to adjust his mood, he raised his head and watched the performance on the lake in front of him.

It seemed that he had pampered her too much. That was why she looked down on him, wasn’t it?

Sean dialed a number on his phone.
