Chapter 527 Are You Jealous?
”I’m waiting for Sean’s update. It should be soon, latest by next year,” Stella glanced at the door, ”Remember to hide. I’ll let Lynette bring the food in so that you don’t have to starve.”
She walked towards the door without waiting to hear what he had to say.
Bellamy could not help but frown when he saw how skinny her back was.
That morning, Stella did not manage to get him to a climax. Instead, he settled himself in the bathroom.
His heart ached for her. He couldn’t bear seeing her suffer. He was satisfied just by looking at her.
Before Stella could even open the door, Bellamy had already rushed over and hugged her. He buried his head in her neck and said, “Tell me that you love me.”
Stella chuckled and looked at him. She held his face and said, “I love you more than you can imagine.”
There were not many men who could hold back their desires. He was the first one. She was ready to pleasure him, yet he ran into the bathroom to finish alone.
She knew he loved her dearly. She saw it with her own eyes.
“Mm,” Bellamy frowned even more.Belongs to (N)ôvel/Drama.Org.
”I’m almost past my first trimester. After that, we will be able to… you don’t have to resist anymore,” Stella said with a red face.
“Mm,” Bellamy responded again. He fixed his eyes on her deeply.
There were many things in those eyes that she did not understand.
She could tell that he had something on his mind, ”What’s wrong? Why are you looking at me like that?”
“If only I had known you earlier,” Bellamy said with a sigh, “I would have made sure that you didn’t suffer so much.”
Stella chuckled, ”Sometimes, I lie on my bed and wonder, wouldn’t it be great if we had met earlier? Maybe then we could have lesser troubles and live a happy life with our kids.
But then again, you might not have been interested in me if we had met earlier. We might even miss each other.
Plus, with my status, your parents would never have supported our relationship. You were just a kid back then and you were not firm with your decisions yet.
You would not have been firm, nor would I have loved deeply. I might even have hated you, and we’d never meet each other ever again.
Time has its own track. Everything happens for a reason. If it was not for your adoptive father’s passing, he would not have told you his secret.
This means, even if we loved each other and had kids of our own, things like this would have still happened.
If I had known you earlier, I would not have gone into disciplinary inspection, learned psychology, nor would I have become so strong.
Everything is just right now, not too much, not too little. I’ll try my best to keep up so that I can stand right next to you.”
“You’re always able to convince me,” Bellamy hugged Stella again.
Stella pushed him away, “Alright, that’s enough for now. Lynette might get worried about me if I were to stay in the room any longer. You can hide in the bathroom.”
“Okay,” Bellamy walked into the bathroom.
Stella smiled and opened the door.
Lynette was standing outside the door worriedly.
“Lynette, I want to have my meal in the room. Bring the food in. I’m a little hungry so remember to add more,” Stella ordered.
“Ok. Madam, are you feeling alright?” Lynette stared at Stella from head to toe.
“Yes, I am. I just don’t want to go out today. It’s a little cold,” Stella said with a smile. Her phone rang and it was a call from Micheal Zavier.
Oh no! She had forgotten about the meeting with Micheal again.
“Micheal.”
“Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, you really are considerate.” Micheal laughed wildly and said.
Stella could tell that Micheal was in a good mood.
“Considerate?”
Did he mean that she did not disturb him?
Ha-ha, she was truly a considerate person then.
”Are you still going to stay here now that you’ve reconciled with your sister?” Stella asked.
“We did it yesterday,” Micheal said proudly.
“Didn’t you guys already do it a long time ago? During the cold, windy night, when you were drunk,” Stella had heard it all yesterday.
”That doesn’t count. I couldn’t recall anything. My sister did it willingly last night. She did not mention anything about pain,” Micheal shared happily.
Stella’s face turned red.
She was alright about Micheal sharing things related to psychology, but the part about who he slept with… she would rather skip that.
“Congratulations. So, have you decided to go back?” Stella scratched her head.
”Nope. Jasmine said that she wants to stay here with me. If we go back now, our parents will definitely not support our relationship. We have decided to get married and have children here. We plan to go back once they’ve calmed down.”
“D*mn, but you are an immigrant now. Is it okay to get married here?” Stella was puzzled.
“Yes, I’ll settle the formalities. Oh yeah, when will Greg be free?” Micheal finally got to the point.
”I’ll call him now. I’ll contact you after making the appointment,” Stella said and hung up. She then proceeded to call Greg Miles.
Greg picked up the call immediately, ”I’m so sorry, I’m still on the train right now. I was planning to get back yesterday, but there were no more tickets.”
”It’s alright, we’ll meet tomorrow afternoon then, at Suntec International Inc’s Michelin restaurant. My treat,” Stella said briskly.
”It should be my treat. It’s been a while since we last met. Ever since you left, the research institute’s prestige has plummeted. There are many cases that I couldn’t handle,” Greg said.
“I still owe you a lot. I’m free anytime before the New Year,” Stella smiled.
“Oh yeah! I came out here because I’m busy dealing with a big case right now. The murderer possesses a high IQ and a unique psychological mindset. He has been flawless so far and he has already killed four people in a row. He will definitely continue to commit more crimes,’ Greg complained.
”Alright, bring along the documents tomorrow. My senior, Micheal, will join us too. We could all discuss this matter together.”
“Oh yeah! I love you! I love you so much!” Greg hung up excitedly.
Stella put away her phone. Suddenly, she was covered by a tall shadow. Bellamy stood in front of her.
Stella was shocked and she almost dropped her phone. She pushed Bellamy to the bathroom and said, ”Lynette will be here in a minute. She’ll see you!”
“Who did you talk to just now?” Bellamy asked. His eyes were filled with jealousy and he looked unhappy.
”I was talking to Greg. My senior, Micheal, is interested in opening up a clinic here. I’m introducing the both of them to each other,” Stella explained.
“He said that he loves you,” he frowned and said, “I heard it.”
Stella chuckled. Her heart was filled with sweetness, “That’s his mantra. He probably has truckloads of women that he loves. He does not have that kind of feeling for me. We’re just co-workers. I owe him and you know that.”
Bellamy fixed his eyes on her and said irritably: ”I wish to lock you up in this house, Stella. Why aren’t people blind?”
Stella was amused by him, “You should learn from me. I locked you up in my heart.”
