An Understated Dominance

Chapter 2180

Caleb held up two fingers and said casually, “I’ll give you two options. Either you leave on your own, or I’ll kick you out!”

“Hmph! Who do you think you are to order me around? Do you have a death wish?” Luke’s eyes narrowed with disdain.

“If you don’t leave, I’ll have to take action. You might end up with broken bones and bedridden for a while,” Caleb said as he continued to pick his nose.

“Are you threatening me? Do you think I’m scared? If you’re brave, go ahead and try it! I’d like to see what you can do!” Luke said arrogantly and waved his sword.

Caleb continued, “The old man used to say, ‘Be polite before using force.’ Well, I’ve tried being nice, but if you keep being like this. So, don’t blame me for getting rough.”

He raised his hand and pointed at Lukes from a distance. “Stormcraft.”

Then, a bolt of blue lightning shot forth from his fingertips and hit the furious Luke.

The lightning bolt was incredibly fast, striking Luke in the chest before he could react.

There was a loud explosion, and Luke’s shirt ripped apart. The force sent him flying and crashing heavily to the ground 30 feet away.

“Mr. Harding!”

The disciples of Frostzard Manor gasped and paled as they ran toward him. The other martial artists exchanged uneasy looks but were amazed by what had just happened.

Nobody expected the monk from Sacred Wrym Summit to be so skilled. With just one use of Stormcraft, they witnessed Caleb easily defeat Luke.NôvelDrama.Org holds text © rights.

Even though Luke was arrogant and halfway to becoming a grandmaster elite, it was surprising to see him defeated so effortlessly.

Electric sparks crackled in the air as Luke lay unconscious on the ground. His clothes were ripped, his chest burnt, and his limbs frozen, leaving him unable to move.

As he lay there, sparks flickered over his body, causing several Frostzard Manor disciples to recoil in shock when they tried to touch him.

“Mr. Harding? Mr. Harding?”

The disciples gathered around Luke and shouted continuously but hesitated to get too close. As the shock wore off, Luke started to stir from his paralyzed state.

“What happened?” He shook his head in confusion.

Everything had happened quickly, leaving him no time to react before Caleb’s Stormcraft hit him. Then, he blacked out and couldn’t remember what happened.

Lambert pointed at Luke’s chest and said, “You got hit by Stormcraft.”

Looking down, Luke saw his chest covered in blood and burned flesh with a charred smell. Instantly, he was furious.

“What the hell!” He slammed the ground hard and pushed himself up. As he stood, he pointed his sword at Caleb.

“You rotten monk! I didn’t expect you to stoop so low and do a sneak attack! Is this the style of your Sacred Wrym Summit?”

“A sneak attack?” Caleb smirked. “I’m attacking you directly, so where’s the sneakiness? But you’re tough, so I’ll give you that. You took a hit from Stormcraft and are still standing.”

“What the hell is this Stormcraft? It couldn’t even hurt me! Your Sacred Wrym Summit’s skills aren’t that impressive!” Luke retorted.

“Not impressive?”

Caleb flicked the booger he had picked onto the ground, immediately creating a hole.

He said lightly, “I only used ten percent of my strength to teach you a lesson. Keep up this act and don’t be surprised if I get tougher.'”

“Hmph! Quit your damn yapping! Today, I’m going to take you on!” Luke replied boldly. He brandished his sword and rushed toward Caleb.

“Mr. Harding! No!”

Everyone from Frostzard Manor was terrified. Their faces turned pale as they shouted to stop Luke, but it was too late.

Luke was already blinded by anger and couldn’t stop himself.

“Go to hell!” he roared. He gripped the sword hilt tightly and swung it at Caleb’s head.

“Still as stubborn as ever.” Caleb shook his head and pointed at Luke’s sword from afar.

Suddenly, a bolt of blue lightning shot out and struck the sword.

With a loud crack, Luke’s sword shapped in half. The force caused him to tremble and freeze in place.

Before he could do anything, Caleb’s finger emitted another burst of blue light.

The light formed into a ball as it gradually grew to the size of a basketball. It crackled with lightning and brimming with energy.

“Ah?” Luke’s expression darkened.

He felt the weight of the pressure bearing down on him. Shivers ran down his spine, and goosebumps covered his body.

He had a gut feeling that taking a hit would cause serious injuries.

“Stormcraft.” Caleb acted quickly and lightly tapped the blue lightning ball with his finger.

The ball shot toward Luke with incredible speed.

Sensing imminent danger, Luke instinctively raised his broken sword to block.

A loud explosion filled the air as the lightning ball shattered the sword. The intense energy erupted suddenly.

Luke was thrown backward like a cannonball, flying over 30 yards before crashing into a boulder.

The impact split the rock into fragments with another loud blast.

Luke lay on the ground, coughing up blood. He was barely conscious. His body felt limp, as if he was barely holding onto life, with multiple broken bones.

“Damn… Damn it!” He spat blood and cursed before his head dropped to the side, and he passed out.

“Mr. Harding!”

The Frostzard Manor disciples rushed forward. They quickly gave him tablets and channeled true energy to revive him.

Caleb said calmly, “He’ll be fine, but he’ll need to stay in bed for at least six months.”

“Why you-” Lambert clenched his teeth in anger but held back from attacking. He ordered Luke to be taken away before leaving with a displeased expression.

This encounter made all factions present realize the power of Sacred Wrym Summit. Seeing the strength of techniques like Stormcraft filled them

with awe and caution.

It was clear that only a fool would provoke the Sacred Wrym Summit.
