Alpha King’s pregnant Ex-Luna

Noticing his movements, Nelly grabbed onto the door handle. She opened the car door and got out of the car.

She smirked slightly at him. “I’m not that thirsty, but if you are, you should return to the office. After all, there are a lot of people who are willing to help you quench your thirst, Alpha Morris.” With that, she made a move to close the door.

However, Alpha Kilian acted faster and held the door with his hand. “But the only person I want is you.”

Nelly’s lips curved upward. “I’m sorry. I have no interest in satisfying your desire right now.” With that, she closed the door firmly.

The window slowly rolled down. “You don’t want to do that now. Does that mean that you’ll be interested in doing that later?” Alpha Kilian was sensitive enough to catch onto her words.

Nelly looked at him in silence, her eyes scrutinizing him.

“Okay. I’ll come to find you once I’m done with work,” the astute Alpha Kilian immediately said. Nelly nodded. “Okay. I’ll wait for you.”

Alpha Kilian narrowed his eyes as he stared at her. “Remember what you’ve said, Nelly.”

He knew that Nelly always put up a stubborn front. However, judging from Nelly’s words, Alpha Kilian was well aware that she had not rejected him.

At least he still stood a chance.

When Alpha Kilian thought of that, his eyes were filled with desire.

On the other hand, Nelly only smiled at him. Not wanting to waste more time on him, she turned around to leave.

Alpha Kilian called out as he watched her walking away. “I won’t be able to come at night, but I’ll find you first thing tomorrow.”

Without even looking back, Nelly waved her hand dismissively and walked into the building. It was only after she entered the building that Alpha Kilian looked away.

If it hadn’t been for the fact that he had something to attend to at night, he would have followed her inside.

Alpha Kilian’s eyes turned cold at once when he thought of the matter. He took out his phone to make a call.Content is property © NôvelDrama.Org.

“How are things going?”

After the person on the other end of the line responded, Alpha Kilian instructed, “Good. Make sure to keep your eyes on them.”

With that, he looked in the direction of where Nelly had left. His eyes narrowed slightly while his lips curled into a smile.

Wait for me.

He then started the engine and drove off.

Meanwhile, Nelly was standing on the balcony as she looked down. Her eyes narrowed when Alpha Kilian’s car left.

This time, she was not sure when she would return. To be more specific, she was not even sure if she would ever come back.

I’m sorry, Alpha Kilian. Please take good care of Grandpa and the kids.

Upon that thought, Nelly recomposed herself and stared into the distance. It was well into the night. There was a weak light shining onto the jetty.

A car was parked at a spot that was well hidden from view.

With a pair of binoculars, Tony stared at the jetty from inside the car. “Is there anything?” Thalia asked.

Tony shook his head.

“Are you sure it’s tonight?” Thalia asked as she crossed her legs. “Of course. I’m a hundred percent sure.”

Thalia then sat up straight and took the binoculars from Tony. She wanted to have a look. “Where did you get the information from?”

“Um…”

“Is the source supposed to be a secret?” Thalia asked.

“It’s not that… You’ll figure it out in a while,” Tony said.

Thalia glanced over at him. “Must you really keep me in suspense?” Tony remained silent.

“But if the source is reliable, where are they?” Thalia queried.

“I don’t know either. Could it be that something unforeseen transpired?”

“Who knows? The rendezvous may have been canceled,” Thalia said as she put down the binoculars. Tony furrowed his brows.

“Let’s just wait for a while more. This sort of activity is usually carried out at late night, right?” Ben, who was sitting in the backseat, piped up.

Thalia glanced over at him with a small smile. “You seem to know a lot about this.”

Before Ben could reply, Donna spoke up instead. “That’s how things usually play out in the movies, right?”

Thalia didn’t know how to respond to that. “That’s right,” Ben agreed.

Thalia was speechless. They’ve probably overestimated themselves… Donna then reached for the binoculars. “Let me have a look.”

Thalia instantly passed the binoculars over to her.

Donna held onto the binoculars and started looking around.

However, just as she was watching, she suddenly piped up, “How many people are supposed to come, Tony?”

“Seven to eight, I guess…” Tony trailed off before adding, “But there are more than seven to eight of them that we’re going to face tonight.”

“What do you mean?” Thalia pressed. “I-”

“I saw them! There are quite a few foreigners!” Donna exclaimed.

Tony instantly got excited when he heard her. “Let me take a look!”
