Alpha King’s pregnant Ex-Luna

Nelly had sensed it from the depths of her being the moment she laid eyes on Erin earlier. The air was thick with tension, and she knew that something sinister was at play.

The announcement of the collaboration between Morris Corporation and Lucas Corporation was merely a charade, a facade to hide the true intentions behind it. Nelly saw right through it. It had nothing to do with respect for Desmond, nor was it a genuine partnership.

Alpha Kilian, the cunning Alpha, had masterminded this trap all along, patiently waiting for the perfect time to strike. He could have easily destroyed them upfront, but he chose a more degrading approach. His vengeance knew no bounds.

But Nelly didn’t recoil from the darkness that surrounded them. She welcomed it with open arms, relishing the opportunity to exact her own brand of justice. With a calm gaze, she surveyed the scene before her, her thoughts concealed behind a frosty exterior.

Desmond, trembling in fear, pleaded desperately for mercy. But Nelly paid him no mind, her attention fixated on Erin. Gracefully, she approached, causing Erin to recoil in instinctive fear.

“What do you plan to do?” Erin stammered, her voice laced with terror.

Nelly’s smile was cold, a predator baring its fangs. “Do you wish to protect the Lucas family?”

Confusion and fear clouded Erin’s eyes as she struggled to comprehend Nelly’s intentions. “What… what do you mean?”

“Leave. Leave Moonwalk pack and never set foot back here again,” Nelly declared with a chilling sternness, each word enunciated with precision. The smile vanished, replaced by an icy glint in her eyes.

Erin’s eyes widened in resistance. “No! I won’t leave! I won’t abandon the Lucas family!”

She clung desperately to her dreams of marrying into the powerful Lucas family, unwilling to face a life without her beloved and the security it promised.

Nelly raised an eyebrow, her grin growing wider, yet her eyes betrayed an unforgiving coldness. “Very well then. If you refuse, you shall be destroyed alongside the Lucas family.”

Panic consumed Erin as she screamed defiantly, “Who are you to do this? Do you truly believe everything you say will come to pass? You’re just a-”

Before Erin could finish her sentence, Desmond’s hand struck her cheek with a forceful slap. “Shut up, you wench!” he spat venomously.Têxt belongs to NôvelDrama.Org.

Erin’s head spun from the impact, but the disappointment in her eyes surpassed the pain on her face. Staring at Desmond, she vehemently shook her head. “No! I won’t leave. Desmond, I won’t leave! I won’t!”

But he paid her no mind, solely focused on appeasing Nelly and Alpha Kilian. Trembling, he promised to send Erin away, vowing to never allow her entry into Moonwalk pack again.

Alpha Kilian nodded, a facade of reluctance clouding his features. “Very well, then. Nelly is far too lenient. If it were up to me, the outcome would have been far more severe.”

Desmond broke out in a cold sweat, gratitude etched into his trembling voice. “Yes! Thank you, Mr. Morris. I will make sure she never disturbs us again!”

As the commotion unfolded, Alpha Kilian’s protective gaze fell upon Nelly. “Nelly, I apologize for what you have endured today. Rest assured, I shall never allow anyone to harm you again.”

The onlookers were stunned by his unwavering defense of Nelly. It served as a stark warning to everyone within the Moonwalk pack. Cross Nelly, cross Alpha Kilian and the powerful Morris family.

Silently, Nelly watched the crowd, her eyes settling on a man holding a bottle of champagne. She approached him gracefully, requesting the bottle with gentle politeness. Oblivious to the meaning behind her request, the man handed it over readily.

With a simple “thanks,” Nelly turned and approached Erin, pouring the champagne over her head without warning.

Erin cried out in shock as the cold liquid enveloped her, her gown ruined. “You don’t need to compensate for my gown, but consider this glass of wine as payment,” Nelly declared coldly, before turning away and departing without another word.

Gasps filled the air as the Morris family’s vindictive nature became apparent. Alpha Kilian hurried after Nelly, leaving the crowd dumbfounded.

Efficiently, someone stepped forward, attempting to dismiss the chaos. “It was a minor misunderstanding. Please, continue to enjoy the festivities. Alpha Kilian extends his generosity and will cover the expenses at the casino on the third floor.”

The crowd marveled at Alpha Kilian’s generosity, eager to partake in the indulgence he offered.

Gradually, they dispersed, no longer caring about Desmond and Erin, leaving them to their own devices.

Desmond’s pride crumbled, his efforts rendered meaningless in the wake of his downfall. Even those who had benefited from his connections kept their distance, fearing the wrath of the Morris Corporation and Alpha Kilian, the future Alpha King.

Nobody dared to align themselves with Desmond any longer, for it would mean opposing the all-powerful Morris Corporation.

As Erin looked upon Desmond with pleading eyes, he sneered coldly, “You have no say in this, Erin. Your foolishness has destroyed everything. The Lucas family is doomed, and so are we.”

Tears streamed down Erin’s face as she pleaded, “Desmond, please! There must be another way! We still have the Lenoir family. We don’t need the Morris family.”

Desmond narrowed his eyes, a cold smirk forming on his lips. “Erin, how did I end up with such a dull-witted woman like you? Your stupidity has ruined everything. The Lucas family is beyond saving. Don’t ever think about entering their ranks again.” With that final declaration, he turned his back and walked away.

Erin, left behind, yelled frantically, her voice filled with despair. “Desmond! Desmond! Don’t abandon me!”
