Alpha King’s pregnant Ex-Luna

After leaving the Bar and just as Alpha Kilian reached the entrance, a rusty car screeched to a halt in front of him. Its engine huffed out smoke, adding to the eerie atmosphere of the night.

Out of the car stepped Fabian, a loyal pack member, his eyes narrowing as he caught sight of Alpha Kilian. He approached him cautiously, aware that something was off.

“Alpha Morris…” Fabian began, his voice laced with concern and suspicion.

Before he could finish his sentence, Fabian’s gaze fell upon the blood smeared across Alpha Kilian’s hands and abdomen. His brows furrowed with worry and confusion.

“What happened to you, Alpha Morris?” Fabian demanded, his tone edged with urgency.

Alpha Kilian, the picture of nonchalance, sauntered forward. “It’s nothing,” he dismissed with a dismissive wave of his hand.

Fabian’s concern intensified. “Nothing? Your wound has split open. You need to go to the hospital and have it stitched up again,” he insisted.

But Alpha Kilian paid no mind to his words, his mind preoccupied with a tormenting pain. The alcohol coursing through his veins failed to numb the ache in his heart, reminding him intensely of her – Nelly.

Her words from earlier that day echoed in his mind, and the thought of her falling for someone else sent a surge of unbearable pain through his chest.

How can I not drown my sorrows in alcohol? How can I not forget about her, even when I’ve shed so much blood? Nelly…

The realization struck him like a bolt of lightning. He had fallen into a trap, a trap called love. He had fallen in love with Nelly!

The revelation excited and infuriated him simultaneously. When she was his, he failed to cherish her. But now, now he was in love with her.

Alpha Kilian scoffed at the irony. It seemed that the heavens were playing a cruel joke on him.

“F-Fabian?” Alpha Kilian’s voice cracked, his emotions wavering.

“Yes?” Fabian replied, unsure of what was to come.

“In a lifetime, how many chances do you think we get?” Alpha Kilian inquired, his gaze burning with desperation.

Caught off guard, Fabian struggled to comprehend the meaning behind Alpha Kilian’s words. “In a person’s lifetime… they are presented with countless opportunities. It is up to the individual to seize those chances,” he answered cautiously.

Alpha Kilian locked eyes with Fabian, a fire burning fiercely within them. “Is that so?” he questioned.

Fabian pondered for a moment before continuing. “Take me, for example. Abandoned by my parents, I wandered the world alone until the day I met you. If I hadn’t taken the chance to follow you, I would have met a brutal end. You gave me an opportunity then, and even when we crossed paths again, you still gave me another chance,” he explained.

Fabian’s loyalty towards Alpha Kilian stemmed from the second chance he had been granted. It was a chance for a new life, a debt he couldn’t repay.

Alpha Kilian’s eyes narrowed, memories of their shared history flooding his mind. He had almost forgotten the hardships they had faced together.

But Fabian’s words struck a chord within him, stirring a newfound hope. Could there still be a chance for him and Nelly?

A smirk curled upon Alpha Kilian’s lips as he looked at Fabian. “Care to join me for a drink?”

“Huh?” Fabian was taken aback by the sudden change in direction.

Alpha Kilian gestured to a nearby bar. “Let’s go, my treat.”

Concerned for his Alpha’s well-being, Fabian stepped forward. “You mustn’t drink anymore, Alpha Morris!”

“What’s the matter? Are you going to get in the way of my affairs now? Maybe you should be the Alpha,” Alpha Kilian taunted, his gaze piercing through Fabian.

Knowing it was a ploy, Fabian stood his ground. “Look at the state of your injuries, Alpha Morris. You must go to the hospital and have them tended to immediately!”

But Alpha Kilian seemed unfazed, determined to drown his sorrows in alcohol.

“If you continue down this path, I will call Alpha King Larry!” Fabian warned.

Still, Alpha Kilian paid no heed to his words.

“Then, I’ll call Ms. Jackson!” Fabian blurted out, desperation slipping into his voice.NôvelDrama.Org: owner of this content.

At these words, Alpha Kilian froze, his eyes narrowing. Fabian had struck a chord.

“She won’t care even if you did,” Alpha Kilian retorted, a mix of bitterness and resignation in his voice.

Fabian, having served Alpha Kilian for years, knew that his abnormal behavior was directly connected to Nelly. The talk of opportunities and love were merely distractions.

But he was still in the dark about their relationship’s intricacies and the hurdles they faced. He couldn’t risk calling Nelly without a better understanding.

After much deliberation, Fabian changed his tactic. “Forget about Ms. Jackson’s stance for a moment, Alpha Morris. Think about the fact that you are now a father. How devastated would Ms. Donna be if she finds out you neglected your health? And what about Mr. Ben? Shouldn’t you, at least, think about them?” he pleaded.

At the mention of his children, Alpha Kilian’s hardened expression softened. The weight of responsibility settled upon him.

Fabian saw an opening and continued, “Alpha Morris, whatever happened between you and Ms. Jackson in the past is irrelevant now. Your relationship takes on a different dimension because you have children together. Winning her back should be easier for you!”

Alpha Kilian’s gaze narrowed, contemplation evident in his eyes.

“Is that so?” Alpha Kilian murmured, the wheels turning in his mind.

Fabian nodded enthusiastically. “Of course! And everyone knows that Ms. Jackson may be tough on the outside, but inside, she longs for love. However, you have abandoned her in the past. To win her back, you must show your sincerity. Put in the effort,” he advised.

“Effort? How?” Alpha Kilian questioned, his voice laced with both hope and doubt.

Fabian, worried about his Alpha’s health, knew he had to be persuasive. He stepped closer to Alpha Kilian, urgency shining in his eyes.

“Be attentive. Show Ms. Jackson that you’ve changed. It may take time, but as long as you remain consistent, she will feel your sincerity. And once she’s touched, your success is within reach,” Fabian explained.

Alpha Kilian’s gaze softened, a flicker of hope reigniting within him. He pondered over Fabian’s words, searching for a glimmer of truth.

“What if she falls in love with someone else?” Alpha Kilian questioned, his voice trembling with vulnerability.

Caught off guard, Fabian stumbled for an answer. The possibility he hadn’t considered had suddenly become a looming reality.

As he observed Alpha Kilian, uncertainty replacing his confidence, Fabian could no longer ignore the growing probability.

Could it be that Alpha Kilian’s anguish tonight stemmed from Nelly falling in love with another?

The answer seemed all too plausible.
